Processing Times Processing times may vary depending on length, customization, coloring, and inventory availability. Please allow up to 14 business days for standard orders. Raw orders sourced from overseas may take up to 6 weeks to produce. Estimated shipping windows will be provided at checkout. For additional questions, please reach out to us directly.
Returns & Refunds All items are non-transferable and non-refundable due to sanitary and fraud prevention reasons. Exceptions may be made if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was issued. To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
